A side gig became a better way to serve.
After years of working for someone else while helping customers on the side, founder Josh Bowsher decided to take the next step. The goal was to build something that could support his family while giving customers a better experience when they needed IT solutions.
That idea still guides the company: understand the people and the business first, then use technology to make their work more secure, reliable, and productive.
